THE BENEFITS OF EXERCISE

Exercise is known to be any movement that you do that makes your muscles work and also enables your body to burn calories, you have probably heard it that regular exercise is good for your body. When it comes to exercise there are different physical activities that you can do which could either be running, swimming or jogging just to name a few.

When you are active it has so many health benefits, both mentally and physically which is why it is recommended you try to do some few exercises so that you will be able to experience some of the benefits of exercising. The thing is when you exercise your muscles and joints get stretched, which helps to increase flexibility. Exercise can help boost your body balance by increasing the strength of the tissues.

An exercise such as weight training can also strengthen the bones in your body and it helps to prevent osteoporosis, when you exercise very often it improves the overall function of your body. That is why when you know just how well exercise benefits your body you won’t want to stop exercising.

When you exercise it burns calories and at the same boosts your metabolism, which then helps to preserve lean muscle mass and it also builds them, it then gives room to weight loss.

EXERCISE HELPS TO STRENGTHEN YOUR BONES AND MUSCLES
When it comes to building and maintaining of strong muscles and bones in the body exercise plays a role in it. Constant exercise has shown to help kids and teenagers to build strong bones and later in life it can slow the loss of bone density that comes with aging. That is why it is advised you do activities that helps to strengthen the muscles which then helps to either maintain or increase the muscle mass and overall strength that your body would need.

EXERCISE HELPS TO REDUCE YOUR RISK OF CHRONIC DISEASES
You should know that exercising has helped to reduce the chance of people developing even dying of chronic diseases such as heart disease this is because regular exercise has been known to improve insulin sensitivity, cardiovascular fitness and body composition which in turn decreases your body’s blood pressure and blood fat levels. In addition to this, exercise can also reduce the risk of developing type II diabetes. That is why to be able to reduce the risk of chronic diseases it is important you start exercising which will enable your body to be able to fight off the diseases.

When it comes to exercising, it always have a positive outcome in things that is why exercise has been known to have positive effects on the pain that can be associated with various health conditions that include chronic soft tissue shoulder disorder, chronic low back pain and fibromyalgia. Exercise helps to increase pain tolerance.

You should know that your skin can be affected by the amount of oxidative stress in your body that is why moderate exercise has shown to provide antioxidant to help protect your skin and also promote the blood flow of your body which will then help to delay signs of aging.

HOW TO MAKE EXERCISE PART OF YOUR DAILY LIFE
Now that we have gone over the benefits of exercising, let’s talk about how you can implement exercising into your regular routine so you will be able to get some of the benefits that come with exercising.

• FIND ACTIVITIES YOU CAN PARTAKE IN: Most people make excuses whenever they don’t want to exercise, which shouldn’t be so even if the weather is bad and you can’t exercise outside, you can climb stairs or even go to a gym if the weather doesn’t allow you to workout outside if that’s what you usually do.

• GET TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR PROGRESS: If you have been exercising for quite some time it is best that you keep track of your progress so you will be thrilled by the results you are getting, you can either take a picture of yourself and maybe six months later take another picture of yourself and compare it with the first photo you took, the difference you will discover will be mind blowing. Just continue keeping track with your exercise so you will be motivated to keep on doing it.

• BEING ACTIVE WITH SOMEONE CLOSE TO YOU: When it comes to exercise having someone to workout with, automatically makes you to enjoy exercising more, you can either have a friend or a family member to try a social activity that includes exercising with you. You can even sign up with an exercising class to keep you motivated.

• MAKING EXERCISING FUN: When you are exercising it has been known that listening to music helps give you more momentum when exercising, you can exercise for some extra minutes when you have some good exercising songs to listen to, you can go and check up on some songs that help make exercising more exciting.
