The Relationship Between Exercise And Stress
So, today, I am going to tell you about the relationship between exercise and stress. We sit all day on a chair, we barely walk, and at the end of the day, we go to bed for sleep. So, no physical activities which make us lazy day by day and the blood circulation gets affected, we start to have migraines, we have pain in our different body parts, our joints are affected, we feel tired and other things. All because of no physical activities.
The only way to get rid of all of these is to do some workout, so exercise is essential. It will make your blood circulation better, and that will make you feel functional and active. Also, you will feel a change in you, a positive difference. You will not be stressed. You will find a humbleness in you. Also, working out directly affects your brain as it releases endorphins. So you have to take some time and exercise daily.
